In addition to our disperser series IP and EX, ew supply high quality auxiliary equipment such as stainless stell dispersing vessels, as well as dispersing disk and grinding disks.

Dispersing vessels

Single-walled stainless steel vessels

All vessels are made of stainless steel with polished surfaces.

The single-walled dispersing vessels 1 - 8 liters are equiped with cloth handles, the sizes 12 to 15 liters with carrying handle and the sizes 20 - 75 liters with two side handles and base tires in heavy quality.

Jacketed vessels for heating and cooling

The double-walled Temperiergefäße are suitable for many processes in which heat must be dissipated or supplied or whenever one needs to work with controlled temperatures for reasons of reproducibility. A quick-lock coupling facilitates the installation and prevents the temperature control liquid from leakage when decoupling.

Dispersing disks

We supply dispersing disks in geometrically enlarged range, 40-125 mm laser cut made from high quality stainless steel. The hub 5 / 16 "stainless steel is applied in a precise spot-welding process.

Grinding disks

Our grinding disks made from polypropylene allow for the application of our laboratory dispersers as discontinuous bead mill. They are available for vessel sizes from 1 to 15l. We recommend the use of grinding disks with jacketed vessels for heating and cooling.
