The high-quality Disperlux® Laboratory Dissolvers IP series comprises powerful and high-torque devices with proven design for
dispersing
mixing
dissolving
stirring
Powerful standard motors with separate fan and PTC resistance sensors, premium quality frequency converters, comprehensive and compact controls installed directly and clearly on the device, provide the following advantages for users:
- low-noise, high capacity drive system
- large speed range for use as dissolver or agitator (series with type designation ’D‘ – designed as a high torque agitator)
- sturdy, stable stands with counterbalance, chain hoist, defined and smooth running linear guiding system
- optional electrical lifting device starting at 3.0 kW
- up to 2.2 kW AC connectivity to 230 V 50 Hz/ from 3.0 kW to three-phase current 230/400 V 50 Hz
- user-friendly control panel with integrated main switch, emergency stop buttons, motor speed control, digital motor speed display, safety devices and emergency stop function in compliance with Directive 98/37/EC
- highly efficient, state-of-the-art control technology ensures that the selected motor speed is maintained, regardless of fluctuations in viscosity
- shaft protection and container retaining device depending on motor capacity
- stainless steel agitator shafts 1.4541
- stainless steel dispersion discs 1.4541
- stainless steel dispersion vessels 1.4541
- stainless steel, jacketed vessels for cooling and heating 1.4541
- stainless steel or polypropylene grinding discs for use of the device as bead mill for batch operation
- evacuation device as optional accessory for retrofitting
- rotor/stator system available as optional accessory
- basket mill system
The dissolvers are perfectly suited for use with pastes for fine dispersion and wetting of pigments and bulking agents for many products in the paints and varnishes industry, and also the plastics and chemicals industry. Examples: dispersion paints, varnishes, primers, PVC pastes, rubber dispersions, glues and adhesives, tape materials etc. The results in terms of quality can be applied to any existing production facility.
